Radical transparency

Independent Auditing

Every organisation asking for money says it can be trusted. We would rather be checked than believed.

The commitment

100% of the Battle of World Hunger contribution goes to the work on the ground. The $1 network fee runs the organisation. Those are two separate streams and we account for them separately.

What we publish

Who audits us

Auditing will be carried out by an external firm with no other role in Chain of Deeds. The firm does not build the projects, does not hold the funds and is not paid from the Battle of World Hunger contribution — the $1 network fee covers it. We will name the appointed firm alongside each published audit, so you can check them as well as us.

Open books

If you are a qualified firm and you want to examine our accounts, write to admin@chainofdeeds.com. We will not ask why.

Community verification

Assets built are owned by the communities that use them. Ownership documents and handover records will form part of each audit.
