Delete your account.

Cancelling your membership and deleting your account is one step. Your payments stop straight away, and you have 30 days to change your mind.

In the app

Open You → Settings → Privacy, then tap “Cancel membership and delete my account”.

Not a member, just a free app account? Tap “Delete my account” in the same place — it is deleted straight away.

On the website

Sign in, open Emails & privacy → Cancel membership, then choose “Cancel membership and delete my account”. Sign in

What happens next

You can keep your number for 30 days after you cancel. After that your number and personal details are deleted. Your number is never given to anyone else.

What we keep

Payment and tax records are kept for 6 years, as UK law requires.
